Two FAM-Trips organized by MeetMV from 5th - 7th and 11th - 13th of November 2009 invited event managers from all over Germany to get to know the mice destination Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.

The first tour from 05.-07.11.'09 took the participants along the Baltic coast of Mecklenburg:
First station was the Radisson Blu Hotel, Rostock, where the guests could proof their handicap in an office golf game. Next stop was the Hotel NEPTUN in the seaside spa resort Warnemuende. From the Skybar on the 19th floor the visitors could enjoy a wonderful view over the town. After the visitation of the Steigenberger Hotel Sonne in Rostock the evening came to an end in the Restaurant & Bar SILO4.
The next day started with a GPS-Tour through the Hanseatic city Rostock organized by Adebar Incoming Agency. In the Hotel Prinzenpalais the participants enjoyed an exclusive lunch befor they headed to the first German seaside resort Heiligendamm and the Grand Hotel Heiligendamm. On a parcour the atendees could try their fortune on a segway, a new means of transportation. At the end of the day the entrants visited Schlossgut Gross Schwansee with its new Parkhouse, which was opened at the end of september 2009. A special gourmet dinner estimated the visitors in the in-hous castle restaurant.
The last day started with the visitation of the Seehotel Grossherzog von Mecklenburg in the seaside spa resort Boltenhagen before the participants headed to the Hanseatic City and UNESCO World Heritage Wismar. The visitation of the Steigenberger Hotel Stadt Hamburg was a successful end of the journey.

The second tour from 11.-13.11.'09 led the participants along the Baltic coast of Vorpommern to the islands of Usedom and Ruegen:
The journey started on the island Usemdom. The visitors were welcomed with a snack at the MARITIM Hotel Kaiserhof in the seaside spa resort Heringsdorf. There they had the ability to view the new “Forum Kaiserbaedersaal”, which opened in april 2009. A gala GPS-Tour organized by Adebar Incoming Agency led the participants from Ahlbeck to Heringsdorf across the emperors promenade where they learned a lot about the glamorous past of seaside spar resorts of Usedom. After the visitation of the the Romantik Hotel Esplanade the day ended in the brewhouse of Usedom.
The next day the visitors left the island Usedom and headed toward Ruegen to get to know the locations on this island as well. First stop was the Parkhotel Rügen in Bergen. Before the visitation of the ARKONA Strandhotel in Binz the participants were indulged with a exclusive lunch before in the Travel Charme Hotel Kurhaus Binz. Next station was the Hanseatic City and UNESCO World Heritag Stralsund, where the special location “Alte Brauerei Stralsund” (Old Brewery) was visited. The evening ended in the Weinwirtschaft (wine tavern) of the Steigenberger Hotel Baltic.
The last day started with a tour through the historic city center of Stralsund. After the visitation of the special location “Karl's Erlebnisdorf” (Karl's advanturous village) in Rövershagen the participants were able to have a first look on the 7th Ice Age, which will be opened on 25th December 2009. Themed “Welcome to the jungle” various ice sculptures from different artists will be shown. The journey ended in Rostock.
