environmental friendly meetings and congresses.
The Meeting and Incentivepool MeetMV, being one of the first who planted trees in the Climate forest and bought 100 Waldaktien, is addressing environmentally conscious meeting planner and organizer.

www.waldaktie.de you can symbolically buy one or more 10sqm forest areas and become involved in planting six Climate Forests to compensate the CO2 emissions of your meeting in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
From the revenue of one Waldaktie domestic trees on a ten square metres area can be planted and cultured. These trees compensate up to 900 kilogramme of carbon dioxide emissions.
The institute Energie-Umwelt-Beratung (energy and environmental consultation) has calculated two general examples.
First example:A meeting participant, traveling by train a distance of 50 kilometres and taking part in an one day meeting produces about 20 kilogramme carbon dioxide emissions.
Obtaining just one 10EUR "Waldaktie" the CO2 emissions of 45 participants of this one day meeting can be compensated.Second example:A meeting participant, traveling a distance of 250 kilometres and taking part in a three day congress and in an excursion program, produces about 200 kilogramme carbon dioxide emissions.
Obtaining just one 10EUR "Waldaktie" the CO2 emissions of five participants of this conference can be compensated.The "Waldaktie" symbolizes the balance of CO2 emissions, environmental education and environmental conscious congresses. Meeting participants and organizer investing in the "Waldaktie" invest in a good project and contribute to the climate protection.
